The last night, oddtales | Gameplay Developer
Working from inception on The Last Night (debut 2017 E3, microsoft stage) with rapid prototyping of a highly different kind of gaming experience; focusing on cinematography, detailed animations and artistic innovation.
In charge of creating a highly modular, flexible and integrated architecture which would put as much power as possible into the hands of the designers and artists, with very little programmer gatekeeping. The Last Night works on a Signal and Reaction system with scriptable objects, and several types of variable references to make a catalogue of building blocks which allows for animations, gameplay and cinematography to work together seamlessly.
Involved in high-level design of the game and testing of new methods, tools and pipelines to get the project to where it is today.
